Speech Pathologists are registered professional who provides therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of patients with speech, language, hearing, and oral motor, swallowing and cognitive disorders. Therapist must commensurate with education, experience, and ability. Speech Language Pathologist has knowledge of the rehabilitative service in hearing and speech disorders. Licensure: Current Texas State License in Speech-Language Pathology, Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech Language Hearing Association, current Texas Driver’s License.Įxperience: Two years experience in an acute care, rehabilitation setting, and/or home health agency.
